Hotel Accommodation - Online reservation

Accommodation can be booked online through the Official Housing Firenze Convention Bureau.

Please note that reservations and rates managed by the Convention Bureau are not under the responsibility or control of conference organization.

Florence city belongs to the group of most visited cities around the world. Listing all the hotels, hostels, apartments, campgrounds, etc. would be an endless task. The organization, through the local official housing bureau has selected several hotels close to the city center and near the Congress venue.
Special reduced prices have been negotiated with selected hotels.

Firenze Convention Bureau: Book accommodation online.

All listed rates are per room per night, inclusive of breakfast, VAT and service at the current rate.
City Tax in the amount of € 4.00 (4 stars)/€ 3.00 (3 stars) per person/per night NOT INCLUDED.
The selected Hotels will keep our preferential listed rates up to the conference start.
This does not exclude that different rates might be obtained through different reservation channels not under control of conference organization.
Reservation and rates are handled by the Firenze Convention Bureau that is independent of conference organization.

Cancellation policies and penalties

Between 15 and 5 days: In case of cancellation the first night will be charged on the participant’s credit card

Between 5 days and the arrival date: In case of cancellation or no-show the whole stay will be charged on the participant’s credit card.
